… 3 key ingredients to your Fitness recipe

If you want to maximize your fitness results, be sure that each of these 3 key ingredients are part of your regular routine:

1. Effective Training (emphasizing good form, adequate intensity, proper exercises)

2. Nutritious Diet (every calorie counts whether you’re trying to gain or lose weight – make your diet “nutrient dense”, but don’t forget to reward yourself once in awhile either)

3. Adequate Rest (whether its adequate daily rest, or a periodic 4-7 day lay-off from the gym, your muscles and body will benefit from a recovery period)

Remember – keep your focus , your commitment, your discipline… the results will follow.
