- Engage in some sort of exercise
- Eat vegetables and fruits
- Eat breakfast
- Get a restful night’s sleep
- Drink plenty of water
- Control stress in your life
- Maintain a supportive social outlet of friends and family
- Take a multi-vitamin
- Brush your teeth and floss
- Get outside
I fail at #4 and #6 most often.
I excel at #2, #3 and #10.
I make my living with #1.
I appreciate #7 the most.
