Services

All training is designed specifically for your purpose, whether it be lifestyle change, a vacation, a special event, a sport, a resolution or other reason.

The actual number of 1-on-1 Coaching sessions that you should consider buying is based entirely on your GOALS, your level of personal COMMITMENT to your goals and your DISCIPLINE to training under my supervision as well as on your own.

We will certainly discuss these factors in advance.

1 Session

1 session devoted to yourspecific need or inquiry.

e.g. review your current program; exercise form correction /instruction; specialized advice on nutrition and program design.

6 Sessions

6 sessions devoted to advancing your current fitness regime.

e.g. 2 weeks @ 3 times per week OR 3 weeks @ 2 times per week

12 Sessions

12 sessions will start to reveal measurable differences in your fitness level.

e.g. 1 month @ 3 times per week OR 6 weeks @ 2 times per week

18 Sessions

18 sessions presents a great opportunity to phase & intensify your workouts.

e.g. 6 weeks @ 3 times per week OR 9 weeks @ 2 times per week

24 Sessions

24 sessions reveals advanced improvement in both performance & appearance.

e.g. 2 months @ 3 times per week; 3 months @ 2 times per week

36 Sessions

36 sessions provide a great way to instill a life-long fitness lifestyle.

e.g. 3 months @ 3 times per week; 4 months @ 2 times per week

12+ SESSION packages include free additional time to undertake a PERSONAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT and to record body measures – important ways to track your success.

You will also receive a written, progressive PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM that you can follow on your own.

**Standard sessions are 55 minutes long. The rate is $70 /hour, then discounted according to the number of sessions purchased.**
