Most of the physical impairment that we’ve somehow learned to identify as normal “Aging” is not. Period.
It is a fact that our rate of aging is entirely personal choice. We were designed to move, a lot, and the purest form of any “anti-aging” miracle is to keep your body physically active and well maintained.
Anyone over the age of 35 should consider investing what little time & money it takes to learn how to effectively & efficiently instill a fitness lifestyle into their future… their very long-term future.
