Thanks very much for this Doug! I appreciate it. Not all trainers make up a work-out sheet and then share it afterwards. I guess it’s a business decision for them or something… it is a true pleasure to work with you. The things I have learned from you (and used/felt muscles I haven’t felt before) is like no other trainer. I also really like your focus on me, as a client, during that hour. You notice things that others have not.
